At Jiru Mithu Farms, we take pride in the quality of our organic products. If something is not right with your order, we will make it right.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests under the following conditions:

✓ Product received is damaged or spoiled
✓ Wrong product delivered (different from what was ordered)
✓ Product is significantly different from the description
✓ Request raised within 48 hours of delivery

Non-returnable situations:

✗ Change of mind after delivery
✗ Request raised after 48 hours of delivery
✗ Product has been opened, used, or consumed (except where damage is evident)
✗ Damage caused by improper storage after delivery

2. How to Raise a Return Request

Step 1 — Contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

Step 2 — Share the following:

→ Your Order ID
→ Description of the issue
→ Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Step 3 — Our team will review and respond within 24 business hours.


3. Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

Prepaid Orders (UPI / Card / Net Banking)

Refund method : Original payment method
Timeline      : 5–7 business days after approval
               (Bank processing time may vary)

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Refund method : Bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS)
               Please share your bank account details when raising the request
Timeline      : 7–10 business days after approval

Razorpay Payment Failures

If your payment was deducted but the order was not confirmed:

→ Amount is automatically refunded by Razorpay within 5–7 business days
→ If not received after 7 days, email us with your transaction ID

4. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched
  • Contact us immediately at +91 79848 66371
  • Full refund processed as per Section 3 above

After Dispatch

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched
  • You may raise a return request after delivery (see Section 2)

5. Replacement vs Refund

In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund (for example, if a product was damaged in transit). We will discuss the best resolution with you.


6. Perishable Products

Our products (turmeric powder, moringa powder) have a shelf life of 12–24 months from the date of manufacture when stored correctly:

→ Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
→ Keep container tightly sealed after opening
→ Do not expose to moisture

Spoilage due to improper storage after delivery is not covered under this policy.
